Making miso together, take home a jar of miso to continue fermentation!

Process:
  1. SWISSMISO CLUB precooks the soybeans in advance. 
  2. Pass the soybeans through a machine to grind them.
  3. Mix the salt and rice koji, then add it all into the soybeans.
  4. Put the paste into a jar.
