Miso Granola & Apricots
Ingredients
For 4 portions

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 Tbsp miso

1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts

1 1/2 cup rolled oats

400ml yogurt

8 apricots
Steps

Preheat oven to 150° C. Combine oil, syrup, miso, nuts and oats in a bowl and mix well.

Spread the mixture on a baking pan and press it down firmly with a spatula. Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Granola is ready when golden brown.

Let the granola cool down. It can be kept in an airtight container for about a month.

Serve with yogurt and apricots.
