Miso Fig Burrata

Ingredients
For 2 portions
  • 2 handful of spinach leaves
  • 2 burrata
  • 2 figs, cut in slices
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp miso
  • 2 tsp sesame paste
  • 1 tsp port wine
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or other white vinegar
  • Optional: sesame seeds and rosemary twigs as garnish
Steps
  1. Place spinach, burrata and figs on a plate.
  2. Mix all the dressing ingredients together and pour dropwise over salad.
  3. Garnish and enjoy!
