MISO RAMEN

A soup base that makes it easy to enjoy authentic miso ramen!

Ingredients: Miso (soybeans, rice koji, salt), sesame oil, garlic, ginger, chicken broth (salt, yeast extract, natural flavor, sugar, chicken fat, rosemary extract, onion powder, dried parsley)

Quantity: 160g (for 2 servings)

Keep refrigerated. Best consumed within 2 months.

🍜 Preparation for 1 serving

• Swissmiso Ramen Premium 80g

• Hot water 350ml (adjust to taste)

• Ramen noodles 1 serving

• Toppings of your choice (soft-boiled egg, bean sprouts, green onions, etc.)

1️⃣ Cook the noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain well.

2️⃣ Prepare the soup
In a bowl, add the Ramen Premium soup base and pour in 350ml of hot water. Mix well until the miso is completely dissolved. Adjust the amount of water to your preferred taste.

3️⃣ Assemble the bowl
Place the cooked noodles in the soup and add your favorite toppings.
