SWISSMISO wishes you wonderful days
in the New Year.

We make artisanal miso in the Léman region.

We use mostly local ingredients and make our miso using the traditional Japanese method.

In order to protect the enviroment, we only use REUSABLE or RECYCLABLE packaging.

Swiss organic soy

Soy, our main ingredient, comes straight from
an organic producer of the region!

The pure water and the fresh air of the region

make our miso particularly tasty!
FABRICATION

Miso-Truffe

Modern variant of the miso soup!
It’s easy to prepare, it’s healthy and delicious.
Miso-truffe are made by hand with our miso, dried vegetables and LOVE.


Miso-truffes can be stored in the fridge for about two weeks.
You can also freeze them for a month.
