We use mostly local ingredients and make our miso using the traditional Japanese method.
In order to protect the enviroment, we only use REUSABLE or RECYCLABLE packaging.

Modern variant of the miso soup! It’s easy to prepare, it’s healthy and delicious. Miso-truffe are made by hand with our miso, dried vegetables and LOVE.
Miso-truffes can be stored in the fridge for about two weeks. You can also freeze them for a month.
