Ginger Koji 180g
A multi-use condiment based on koji (fermented rice) and ginger.
We use fresh rice koji, which is plenty of umami. Simply pair with sauteed mushrooms for an excellent dish. No need to peel ginger, making it easy to use at any time!
Use in dishes as you would normally use ginger. There's already salt in this product, so adjust the amount of salt when cooking.
Ingredients : rice koji (rice IT organic), salt (CH), ginger
Keep refrigerated, best consumed within 6 months.
