A multi-use condiment based on koji (fermented rice) and garlic.
We use fresh rice koji, which is plenty of umami. Simply pair with sauteed mushrooms for an excellent dish. No need to peel garlic, making it easy to use at any time!
Use in dishes as you would normally use garlic. There's already salt in this product, so adjust the amount of salt when cooking.
Ingredients : rice koji (rice IT organic), salt (CH), garlic, water
Keep refrigerated, best consumed within 3 months.
